Sea Kayak Level 1 - Yellow paddle pass (EPP)
Location: In the archipelago starting from Flatön or in an inland lake starting from Ålstad Näs in the beautiful lake Gravlången
Here is the perfect beginner's course for those who want to get started with kayaking for real! The course is aimed at those who want to learn more about kayak safety, develop your paddling technique and your knowledge of how we take care of our nature. No prior knowledge other than swimming skills is required!
You can expect an equally enjoyable and exciting full day with rescue exercises, technique training, games on the water and of course fantastic nature experiences.
Those who have participated in the course and completed the examination elements will receive the yellow paddle pass on the spot.
In addition to the elements at the yellow level, we will also show a series of elements for the green level so that you as a participant can continue to develop on your own. We will be out for seven hours including a one-hour lunch break and a theoretical briefing on land, so we have plenty of time to go through all the elements thoroughly.
We at Blågrönt Liv always promise equal parts skill development, enjoyment and adventure on our courses! Depending on which date you choose, the course will take place in the sea or in a lake. Both offer beautiful scenery and the course elements will be the same.
